SPACE Summer Camp Participant Registration Information

Registration, Rescheduling and Refunds

All registration is done online at through their online registration page here and will close 12 hours before the start of the camp session. Registration is Not available “at the door.”

If you need to reschedule to another available camp session, let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate you. We can only reschedule if there are available spaces in the alternate camp session. Rescheduling your Camp week more than once will incur a $20 rescheduling fee for each time Camp is rescheduled.

Cancellations made prior to one (1) week before the first day of Camp will forfeit 50% of the program cost. Cancellations made within one (1) week of the first day of Camp will not receive a refund. No-shows will not receive a refund. We reserve the right to cancel a camp class that does not reach minimum enrollment. Full refunds will be given to those who registered before cancellation.

We reserve the right to remove a child from camp if his/her behavior is disruptive or creates a safety hazard. There will be no refunds if a child is removed from camp.

Camp Dates & Cost

We have one camp this year for children in or entering 5th through rising 9th grade.

Camps are $115 per camper for each camp they attend. We have found every way possible to deliver a fantastic learning experience without the same price tag as other technology based camps out there. We do not offer any discounts at this time. Your camp registration includes a free t-shirt. If you register at least two weeks in advance, your shirt will be waiting for your camper when they get here. We order extras but can’t guarantee we will have your size if you register later but we will get your shirt too you as soon as possible.


This year, camps will be held at the Cordova campus of Advent Presbyterian Church located at 1879 N. Germantown Pkwy. Please Note: While Advent has been kind enough to allow the use of their facilities, they are in no way responsible for the camp itself.

Age Guidelines

SPACE Summer Camp is for children who are either currently in 5th grade through 9th grade or will be attending 5th grade through 9th grade in the fall. Each camp accommodates up to two “crews” of mixed ages but we do try to group similar age ranges together.

Dates and Times

SPACE Summer Camp runs from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday for the scheduled camp weeks. For complete schedule information see the appropriate camp registration page.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures

Children need to arrive between 8:45-9:00 am and must be picked between 4:00-4:15 pm. Parent/guardian must park their vehicle and walk their child into the Camp and sign the child into the Camp and, likewise, sign their child out from camp. Signs will direct you to the camp rooms from the main entrance to the host facility.

Lunch & Snacks

Each camper must bring their own lunch. As campers are providing their own lunch, we cannot guarantee an allergen free environment.

Late Pick-Up Policy:

There will be a late-fee assessed for children who are picked up after 4:15 pm. The late fee is $1.00 for each minute past 4:15 pm. Repeated late pick-ups may result in the removal of the participant from the program, with no refund for prepaid programs.

Medical Needs/Allergies:

Space Summer Camp is not permitted to administer medication to program participants. In the event of a medical emergency, Space Summer Camp will administer first aid, CPR, and rescue in the best interest of the child. Parents will be contacted if care is administered. Allergy medications may be administered if directed in writing by the child’s parent/guardian.
