What is SPACE Leadership Adventure Camp?

SPACE Leadership Adventure Camp is a unique experience where kids gain valuable, real world leadership skills in a small, team based camp while learning to command and crew a spaceship simulation!

When are your camps?

We have one camp this year for children in or entering 5th through rising 9th grade.

July 23rd – 27th

Registration is managed through Advent Presbyterian Church.

How much do camps cost?

Camps are $115 per camper for each camp they attend. We have found every way possible to deliver a fantastic learning experience without the same price tag as other technology based camps out there. We do not offer any discounts at this time.

I tried to register but the camp I wanted was full.

Due to the nature of our camp with computers for each crew station and a 6 to 1 crew to counselor ration, space is quite limited. If you are still interested, please contact us and we’ll put you on a waiting list. If we can crew and staff a ship we’ll open up a new ship during one of our existing camps or even open up a new week entirely. As popular as this camp is you probably won’t be waiting long before we have a new crew ready to go!

Is lunch included?

No. Each camper must bring their own lunch. As campers are providing their own lunch, we cannot guarantee an allergen free environment.

What is included in the camp price?

Register at least two weeks early and a FREE t-shirt will be waiting for your space cadet when they get here. We order extras but can’t guarantee your size in stock so your shirt may arrive after your camp has concluded (don’t worry we’ll get it to you). Every camper will enjoy the low 6 to 1 crew to counselor ratio, highly trained and motivated staff, dedicated computer workstations, dynamic leadership training, and team building experience that has already been put to work in corporate America today! Sorry you don’t get to keep the counselors and computers.

What if my child cannot attend the week we signed up for?

We understand that things happen so let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your registration. There is no fee to reschedule your registration the first time.

What if I just need to cancel my registration?

Cancellations made prior to one (1) week before the first day of Camp will forfeit 50% of the program cost. Cancellations made within one (1) week of the first day of Camp will not receive a refund. No-shows will not receive a refund. We reserve the right to remove a child from camp if his/her behavior is disruptive or creates a safety hazard. There will be no refunds if a child is removed from camp.

What if the camp I registered for gets cancelled?

It’s extremely rare but it is alway a possibility that we will not have enough kids sign up for a given week. We reserve the right to cancel a camp class that does not reach minimum enrollment. We will offer you first pick of any remaining spots on other camps that might also meet your schedule. We can also put you on a waiting list for another camp date. If there aren’t any other vacancies our the other camp dates just don’t meet your schedule, full refunds will be given to those who registered before cancellation.
